Day 1. The Upper part of the Southwestern Lowlands to Laugarvatn golf course
Pick up the car today and head to Thingvellir Parliamentary Plains. Then to Lake Laugarvatn via road Lyngdalsheidi. This is an ancient route and a place where the ancestors rested or spent the night en route. Then head to Golf Club Dalbui (9 holes), on Lake Laugarvatn. It was founded in 1989.

Uthlid Travel Service has operated this private golf course (9 holes, par 35) since 1992. Farm Uthlid was first named the Outer Hlid and was a church site in the Biskupstungur County. Then drive to the Geysir thermal area for the afternoon golf in beautiful surroundings on the Haukadalsvollur Golf Course (9 holes, par 35). It was opend in June 2007. The golf course is located near the most famous and former largest spouting hot spring of the world

Day 3. Drive to Fludir Golf Course
The golf course (18 goles) is beautifully situated, partly on the banks of salmon river Litla Laxa. Fludir is an inland located hamlet in beautiful surroundings. Horticulture, greenhouse and mushroom cultivation are among the bases of livelihood as well as industry and tourism.

Day 4. Drive to Golf Course Hraunborgir
Hraunborgir is a large holiday resort in County Grimsnes, between rivers Sog and Hvita. The main trades of this county are agriculture, services and tourism. A few of the inhabitants are employed by the hydro electric power stations on river Sog and gradually hamlets have developed there.
